MUCH OF MORA’S WORK was architectural in nature. Starting out working with his father, he soon was creating commissions for the Bohemian Club and others in San Francisco, designing bas reliefs for the Works Projects Administration’s Monterey County Courthouse, as well as fountains such as the above right, and other outdoor art for private clients.
